Development of preliminary procedures is being determined during the first encounter in the official premises of the Institution. After receiving all the necessary information, which are given in person, the candidate is being subjected to Information Intelligence Technology Procedure for the purpose of obtaining objective Information for entering into the Procedure of a certain level (Phase) in accordance with the obtained Information and candidate’s approval and/or work continuation with candidates who have passed the preliminary Procedure – installation and acceptance of the Swastika.
Objective Information means answering the given questions, in person or via the application form. The reason for the questions is prevention of the Law of One to the possibility of accepting or rejecting the application, i.e. accepting or rejecting the continuation of work and ending the Procedure if the same is taking place in the official premises of the Law of One Institution.
There is a certain number of preliminary Procedures which are strictly focused to familiarization and acceptance of Terminology, i.e. the Law of One itself. Maximum number of these Procedure is three (3), although one (1) is enough because the recognition and the Heart happens, or it does not happen, during the first encounter.
The preventive nature of objectivity of the Human Sonar System is mutual. The Information Intelligence Technology Conductor conducts the Force of the Law of One in the form of questions in order to immediately achieve the State of the Sonar (during the first encounter) and therefore enable the arrival to the Absolute Truth to the candidate about himself/herself and embody the Human Sonar System Information into the body. This means being subjected to the absolute extremes of the candidate in accordance to the Law, but through the Force of Sound in order to embed, accept and embody the Rotation of the Swastika, i.e. Presence and Work of the Law of One in the body, as much as possible. Each statement, each reaction of the Heart in the form of answer is being pronounced and signed. First the given answer is being signed, then the candidates gives his/her signature that he/she is Conscious that the given Information had been accepted and pronounced from the State of Consciousness, i.e. that the very purpose of the question (each and every question) is amplification and potentiation of the Force of Consciousness for the purpose of embodiment of that record and deleting the pathogen memory.
It is about embodiment and potentiating the Rotation of the Swastika in the Heart and this is being signed. This is primary. That is the Law. Installation of the Swastika in the Heart and potentiating the Rotation, as much as possible and to the maximum possible level, but to stay permanent – Perpetuum. That is why the Procedure is brutal, extreme and that is why it is being signed and this is being hammered witht the signature, i.e. with conscious acceptance which is the signature itself. Once you are Forever. Once you are One. And that’s the Destroyer of Time.
