Client, by registering for any Method One Training Procedure, such as but not limited to Method One Training Procedure and/or Experimental work and/or Demonstration trainings and/or Mandatory preliminary and qualificational procedure for entering the Method One Training Procedure and/or Information Intelligence Procedure, hereby voluntarily releases from liability Domagoj Neusidl, Mediator Method One for any accident, injury, illness, death, loss, damage to person or property, or other consequences suffered by the client or any other person observing above mentioned Method One Training Procedures. In the event that client is injured, he/she agrees to assume any financial obligation, either through client’s personal health insurance, or through some other means, for any medical costs which participant incurs. Domagoj Neusidl assume no responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or damage suffered by the client. Client further agrees to confirm to all instructions and general conditions published on the website www.domagojneusidl.com. It is the intention of the client, by signing below, to expressly assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property damage upon him/herself, to the exclusion of Domagoj Neusidl and to exempt and relieve Domagoj Neusidl from liability for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death. The client, his/her relatives, spouse, children, parents, assignees, guardians, legal representatives or any other parties involved do not have the right to start legal procedures against Domagoj Neusidl as the organizer and implementer of Training. All clients are familiarized in detail with the Method One Training Procedures and possible consequences. The client is aware of potential dangers incidental to engaging in the activity, that this is a release of liability, a waiver of the client’s legal right to collect damages in events of injury, death or property damage. Contract between the client and Domagoj Neusidl is signed by his/her own free will.
