■ Training has its price which is paid in cash in full or in installments. All details regarding payment are clearly stated in the Contract.
Cancellation Policy
In case of client's non–attendance to the agreed training or cancellation of the same, the payed amount will not be refunded.
In case of cancelation of the appointment (Method One Training Procedure Mode/Phase) from the client’s side, the deposit is not returned (unless in cases of higher power – which requires proof). Related to all other in advance paid amounts, it is treated according to the Contract. Generally in this case the organizer of the Training refunds 50% of the paid ammount (minus deposit) if the client has cancelled his appointment 5 days, at the latest, prior to the arranged appointment.
In case of cancellation after given deadline the organizer of the Training refunds 10% - 25% of the paid ammount.
Deposits and all advances are fully returned in the case Domagoj Neusidl, Mediator Method One, as the organizer, cancels the appointment for any reason. We will make a full refund in 10 days maximum.
In case of termination of Contract during the Method One Training Procedure by Domagoj Neusidl, Mediator Method One, as the organizer or the client, related to partition the paid amounts (except the deposit) it is treated according to Contract.
In case if the client has payed for but has canceled or didn't appear at the agreed service procedure of one of the Information Intelligence Services, the amount payed will not be refunded.
In case of client's non–attendance to Info-educational and Demonstration Training and Special Preparatory High Energy Impact Training or cancellation of the same, the payed amount will not be refunded.
Security deposit
Domagoj Neusidl, as the Training organizer, during the application for DEPT (or SIIP) asks for a security deposit (credit card pre-authorization or direct payment of estimated additional costs – price for DEPT or SIIP + security deposit). The reason for this is the evaluation of the Training organizer in case the Mandatory Preliminary and Qualification Procedure itself could be prolonged (additional procedures and consultations can be included in the Procedure) or the Procedure itself includes a kind of risk and the need for protection of Information. Any eventual price differences will be refunded in cash immediately after the completed procedures or paid to the client's account within 5 business days.
The security deposit can also be charged along with the price of one of Method One Training Procedure Modes and Information Intelligence Procedures. In this case the details will be defined in the Contract (Method One Training Procedure Contract, Confidentiality agreement – NDA).
Procedure risk and the necessity of Information protection
There is a possibility that the client will have to have a life insurance policy if the client is entering one of the Intensives of Compressed Method One Phases or OMMIISSWW Special Training.
