Instructions for registering for Information Intelligence, Consulting and Training Services
Remark:
All services – Information Intelligence, Consulting, VETOM, Metatraining, are performed through Spherein Ltd. (address: Dunajska cesta 136, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia; registration number: 9585010000).

Upon receipt of your application, We will send you suggestions for available dates by email. Choose an appointment and send us your answer to the email application@spherein.com or call +38670303824 / +385998300179 (WhatsApp, Viber), opening hours 10 – 18 h (Mon – Fri). When we arrange an appointment, we will send you a link for payment by email or SMS.
After the payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation of registration with all other details related to the Procedure or Training for which you have applied, the correct address and all other necessary instructions.
Payment please make no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
All prices are in euros.
Cancellation policy
In case of non-arrival of the client for the agreed training or cancellation of the same, the amount paid (full amount or deposit) is not returned.
The amount paid is returned in full in the event that Spherein, as the organizer, cancels the appointment for any reason. Spherein will make a full refund of all paid amounts within a maximum of 10 working days. Spherein is not responsible for airfares, hotel costs, other fares or payments or any similar related or unrelated losses and expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the training program.
No refund policy for applications
After payment, registration fee or deposit for training programs is non-refundable. The registrant can transfer his registration to another training program or appointment organized by Spherein, of which the registrant must inform the organizer within 3 working days. After that deadline, the amount paid is subject to a non-refundable policy for applications.
